He is survived by: his friends, Jerry Brown, Harold Booker, Thomas Brodie, Thomas Carter, Dr. Robert, Wayne Randolph, Mitchell Taylor and Jeta Thomas, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Bruce Tate (Minnie Tate). He is also survived by his 5 children 5 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
