She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Criss and Mary Frances Smith Criss; her brother McArthur Criss; and her significant other Earl Brown. She is survived by: her children, Gwendolyn Jefferson (Roger), Edward Brooks, Jr. (LaTrell) and Kovalensky Brooks (Lisa); her pet Zoey; her grandchildren, Adrian, Evyn, Nicole and Jaylen; her brother Joseph Criss (Delores); her aunts, Pearl Smith and Viola Criss; and also Sandra Gray. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
