She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Weaver. She is survived by: her mother Vivian Weaver; her husband Gary Wilber; her daughter Shelly; her son-in-law Adam Fore; her son Lee; her daughter-in-law Brooke Rossi; her sister Terri; her brother-in-law Robbie Fincham; her brother Ricky; her sister-in-law Roxy Weaver; and her brother Marvin "Eddie" Weaver. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and countless other friends and family.
Flowers will be accepted at the funeral home and donations can be made in her memory to the Eastern View High School baseball program, 16332 Cyclone Way, Culpeper, VA 22701.
