He is survived by: his wife Beverly "Windy" Terrell; his children, Tommye Tharp (Darren) and Alterri; his stepchildren, Windy Roy (Guy) and John Miller (Kim); his siblings-in-law, Leroy Bundy, Earl Scott, Beverly Barnes, Diane Haston and Denise Barnes; his grandchildren, Brandon, Chantelle, Gisselle, Aniyah, Xavier, Altavion and Anij; and his niece Cynthia Scott-Simms. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and relatives.
