He was predeceased by: his parents, Janis Kathryn Steel Gillespie and Thomas David Gillespie; and his sister Gail Klyce. He is survived by: his wife Melinda; his children, Ann Katherine Gillespie Sullivan (Kevin) and Thomas Andrew Gillespie; his grandchildren, Tommy and Nate Sullivan; and also, Elizabeth Noles and Katherine Klyce.
