She is survived by: her husband Phillip Locke Norris; and her children, Edward Locke Norris, John Robert Norris, Richard Norman Norris, Shari Marie Barber and Lori Lynn Koenigsberg. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
