It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sally Jane Canavan of Culpeper, Virginia, born in Gardner, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Howard Bancroft; her husband David Canavan; and her sister Nancy Lee Bancroft. She is survived by: her children, Kim Marie Canavan, Michael David Canavan (Cynthia), Karen Canavan Pagano (Gerald), William Joseph Canavan (Julie) and Robert Francis Canavan (Amy); her grandchildren, Kendall Wolfe Canavan, Preston Harrington Canavan, Christine Marie Canavan, Stephanie Rose Canavan (Tanner), Andrew Thomas Canavan and Megan Sarah Canavan; and her great grandchildren, Zelie Louise Marie Church and Felix Clement Joseph Church.
