We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2022, at the age of 81, Ruth Earle Mozingo of Culpeper, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Boyd William Keyser; her husband Richard Lee Mozingo; her daughter Sandy Faye Stevens; and her siblings, Haywood Keyser, Emma Lillard, Alize Berry, Gena Edwards, Charles Keyser, Gladys Lindsey, Frances Leake, Betty Brightwell, Mary Alice Keyse, Tucker William Keyser and William McKinley Keyser.
She is survived by: her siblings, Alta Menefee, Ronnie Keyser, Harry Keyser, Roger Keyser, David Keyser (Carla) and Robert Keyser (Corinda); and her granddaughter Amber Stevens (Thomas Brown). She is also survived by one great-grandson on-the-way; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
