He is survived by: his mother Mary Louise Wetzel Leftwich; his brother Bob Leftwich (Rebecca); his wife Cynthia Childress Leftwich; his stepchildren, Mary Kathryn Childress and Wyatt Childress; his granddaughter Azalea Corbin; his niece Sarah Peck; his nephew Alan Peck; and also Wesley Corbin.
