He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Beulah Southard, Owen and Catherine Cubbage. He is survived by: his parents, Terry Lane Cubbage, Sr. and Hazel Mae Cubbage; his sons, Zachary Cubbage (Shadow Jenkins) and Kyle Cubbage; his grandson Brayden Cubbage; his brother Terry Lane Cubbage, Jr. (Connie); his nephew T. C. Cubbage (Bethany); his niece Cara Dodson (Blake); and his great-nieces, Aubree, Bailee and Charlee Cubbage. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
