He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Maines Robinson (Robert), Katherine Maines, Brittany Jenkins (David) and Caitland "Catie" McQuaid (Millard); his grandchildren, Victoria Fulford, Robby Allison, Hannah Allison, Robert Robinson, Connor Maines, Heston Jenkins, Mason Jenkins, Kolton Jenkins, Braydon McQuaid and Quinn McQuaid; and his siblings, Judith Voorhies (Frank), Clara Meinhardt (Walter), Mary Faye Mehlfelt and Joseph Maines. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, favorite puppy companion.
