He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Cook and Glennis Cook of Chesterfield County. He is survived by: his wife Clair Cook; his son Dr. Scott Cook; his siblings, Bill Cook (Sandra), Tom Cook (Gretchen) and Christie Deonanan (Jason); and his grandchildren, Daniel and Haley Cook. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Culpeper National Cemetery (501 E Chandler St, Culpeper, VA 22701).
