We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2025, at the age of 74, Robert Bruce Tibbetts (Culpeper, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kelsey Tibbetts and Mark James Tibbetts. He is survived by: his wife Charlyne Tibbetts; his sister Jeanne Blatt (Rick Blatt) of Mays Landing; his children, Ellen Gaskill of Winter Garden and Mark Tibbetts of Henrico, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Matthew Gaskill, Brooklyne Gaskill, Declan Gaskill, Keeghan Gaskill, Myles Tibbetts and Milo Tibbetts; and his close friend Dr. Dan Yutronich (Nancy).

He proudly chaired the building and grounds committee at the Windmoore Foundation, was Co-Chairman of Culpeper Renaissance, and a past president of the Culpeper Jaycees.
