It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Herbert Goff of Culpeper, Virginia, who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Goff and Ruby Ross Goff; and his wife Joyce Goff of Culpeper.
