We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2024, at the age of 88, Richard Carroll Noakes (Culpeper, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Noakes and Sybil Kilby Noakes; his wife Ann Noakes; his brothers, Doug Noakes and Thomas Lee; and his niece Kirsten Noakes.

He is survived by: his children, Teresa Michael and John Noakes (Jan); his granddaughter Elizabeth Lozier (Josh); and his brother-in-law Jack Griffin (Sandee).

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Clore-English Funeral Home (11190 James Monroe Hwy, Culpeper, VA 22701). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.
