He is survived by: his father Raymond Bartley Sr.; his children, Amy Lynn Bartley, Richard Bartley Jr. and Nicole Bartley; and his siblings, Christine "Tina" Bartley, Colleen Bartley Gonzalez (Eddie) and Patrick Bartley. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
