He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nathaniel Green and Anna Green; his wife Stephanie Miller; his children, Rebecca Hulun (Richard), Richard Green, Rachel Green, Lyle Miller-Green and Samantha Miller-Green; and his granddaughters, Eleanor and Madeleine. He was also cherished by dog Yogi Bear, and other loving extended family and friends.
