It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Louis Brown Sr. of Culpeper, Virginia, who passed away on February 3, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Russell Brown; and his brothers, Raymond Brown and Russell Brown Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Brown; his children, Juanita (Chris) and Ralph Brown Jr. (Sandi); his siblings, Judy Pew and Ricky Brown; and his granddaughter Amber (Trever).
