It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline Mullins in Culpeper, Virginia, born in Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on April 8, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Haskill Wagner and Bessie Wagner; her husband James Madison Mullins; her daughter Etta Fincham; and her grandsons, Dion and Nathan Fincham.
She is survived by: her children, James Mullins of Culpeper and Wilma Gayhart of Culpeper; and her grandchildren, James Mullins, Travis Gayhart, Jody Mullins, Toby, Roger Lee, Brian and Matthew Fincham. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
