She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Burch and Gladys Burch; her sisters, Cathy Burch and Ginny Rider; and her great-nephew Evan Sparks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria R. Jenkins (Marvin Jenkins), Nichole R. Rhinehart (Billy Rhinehart) and Melissa Feather (Ron "Boots" Feather); her grandchildren, Amanda N. Giovannini, Rachael L. Brooks, Brooke N. Rhinehart, Avery L. Rhinehart, Makenzie L. Feather and Gaige R. Feather; her great grandchildren, Nico G. Giovannini and Winston C. Brooks; and her siblings, Judi Windingland of Warrenton and Jim Burch of Cape Coral. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
