She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hendricks and Joan Hendricks. She is survived by: her husband Rodney Orshoski; and her children, Curtis Orshoski (Alison), Derek Orshoski (Rhiannon) and Katherine Miller (Dustin). She is also survived by grandchildren, sisters, nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in honor of Sam Orshoski to The Tim Tebow Foundation – Night to Shine (online) or the Wounded Warrior Project (online).
