She was predeceased by: her mother Fannie Ballard; her husband Everett Corbin; her sister Mary Ballard; and her grandchildren, Jessica Nicholson and Wesley Corbin.

She is survived by: her children, Jeannie Jones (Darel), William Kilby (Beverly), Loretta Nicholson (Tony), Floyd Kilby (Donna), Eugene Kilby (Latisha) and Walter Corbin (Cindy Borne); her sister Carol Meadows; her grandchildren, Patricia Dodson, Katrina Faraone, Lisa Kilby, Samantha Nicholson and Matthew Corbin; and her great grandchildren, Kelsy and Ariauna Coffey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, additional grandchildren and great grandchildren.
