He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilton Nicholson and Ida Sisk Nicholson; his wife Lillian Marie Dodson Nicholson; and his granddaughter Chasity Pack Corbin. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Pack, Roger Lee Nicholson (Rebecca) and Milton Lewis Nicholson; and his grandchildren, Jake Nicholson, Jody Weaver (Mark) and Chris Pack (Jessica). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
