She is survived by: her husband Dale Winburn; her sons, Mark Winburn of Culpeper, VA and Barry Winburn of Summerville, SC; her grandchildren, Mindy Inskeep of Powhatan, VA and Dale Winburn of Culpeper; her great grandchild River Inskeep of Powhatan, VA; and her siblings, Betty Deluisio of Cortland, NY, Georgie Raffidy of Paducah, KY, Mary Siegel of Clarksville, TN and Jerry Flynn of Paducah, KY..
