He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Frank Turner and Pearl Elizabeth Johnson; and his brother Kenny. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann Rollings of Paris, Illinois.; his son Ryan (Megan) of Culpeper, Virginia; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Hannah Turner; and his sister Betty Wolfe (Matthew) of Casstown, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
