He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Ann Lowry; his parents, Chester Lowry and Frances Dale Lowry; his siblings, Frances Lowry Wilkins and Patrick Lowry (Buddy); his niece Javana Wilkins; and his grandchildren, Kevin Gene Lowry and Melissa Lowry.
He is survived by: his sister Freida Lowry; his children, Kelvin Gene Lowry (Dorothy), Steve Lowry (Michelle), Christie Lowry Peck (Justin) and Brandy Lowry; his grandchildren, Austin Peck, Hunter Lowry, Alyssa Peck, Matthew Lowry, Clayton Peck, Reagan Coram and Breanna of Washington; his great grandchildren, Cameron Brayboy, Tiane Brayboy, Noah Brayboy Kaleigh Robinson and Kason Robinson; his great great grandchild Ulani Melissa Brayboy; and his great-niece Nakia Wilkins.
