She is survived by: her daughter Linda B Butler; her daughter-in-law Rebecca G. Butler; her grandchildren, Paula Sims (Danny), Natalie Keithley (Scott), Paul Butler (Danielle), Stefanie Shaw, Douglas Butler (Karin) and Greg Butler (Catherine); her great grandchildren, Erin Shaffer (Matt), Patrick Sims (Avelyn), Corey Sims (Courtney), Bram Sims, Brandon Keithley, Rachel Richard (Jeron), Grant Keithley, Kaela Butler, Bella Rose Butler, Jessica Shaw, Miranda Shaw, Steven Butler (Tricia), Jonathan Butler (Stephanie), Sophie Butler and Savannah Butler; her great great grandchildren, Haleigh Shaffer, Olivia Shaffer, Keagan Shaffer and Naoma Sims; her nieces, Arlette Mannix, Evelyn Kaczmar of Virginia and Shirley Gorman; her caregivers, Linda Worley, Curt and Margie; and also Linda.
