He is survived by: his daughter Sallie Weaver-Frye (Charles Matthews); his parents, Sallie Weaver-Frye (Dave) of Culpeper and Charles Matthews; his siblings, Charles Matthews, Silas Weaver and Cherice Humes (Anthony); his nieces, Michela Matthews, Ayla Humes and Aylani Humes; and his aunt Evangeline Alexander. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, church family, and friends.
