He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludwig E. Crossman and Ethel K. Crossman. He is survived by: his children, Roger Crossman (Mary Ann), Mary Freitas (Les), Kirk Crossman (Lisa) and Jill Lavoie (Mark); and his brother Bill Crossman. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Woodland United Methodist Church, 14282 Woodland Church Road, Culpeper, VA 22701.
