It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Elizabeth Stringfellow of Culpeper, Virginia, born in Flint Hill, Virginia, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Pete Smelser; her husband Bernard Junior Stringfellow; and her daughter Peggy Gallihugh. She is survived by: her children, Shelby Elkins, Linda Stringfellow, Jason Stringfellow, Crystal Stringfellow, Michelle Dodson and Carl Stringfellow; and her grandchildren, Jasmine Stringfellow, Angel Johnson, Jessica Brianna Stringfellow, Brian Stringfellow Johnson, Charles Dodson, Jr., Henry Dodson and Diana Dodson.
