She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Nora Baker Elkins and Edward Thomas Elkins; her husband Kenneth J. Malamphy (Lothrop); and her siblings, Cecil Elkins and Hazel Williams.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Malamphy (Karen) and Kenneth "Rocky" Malamphy (Janet); her grandchildren, Kimberly Malamphy, Jacob Malamphy (Vicki), Shane Malamphy, Heather Malamphy and Amanda Malamphy; her great grandchildren, Hailey Malamphy, Hayden Smith, Sadie Malamphy, Arabella Malamphy and Alayah Young; and her sisters, Sheila Barker and Evelyn Downs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
