He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Lee and Charlotte Christine Martin Brooks of Bluefield, Virginia.; his wife Linda Billig Brooks of Culpeper; his sons, Paul Martin Brooks (Vaughn Summit Brooks) of Bixby, OK and Michael Wayne Brooks (Laura Podesta Brooks) of Falls Church, VA; and his grandchildren, Mason, Bella, Max, Christian, Gabriel, Quinn and Everett.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mitchells Presbyterian Church (12229 Mitchell Rd, Mitchells, VA 22729). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to Mitchells Presbyterian Church.
