He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Sisk Whitlock. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Whitlock; his children, Karen Denise Whitlock and Kenneth Anthony Whitlock; his granddaughter Kaitlin Elizabeth Harris; and his siblings, Jerry Whitlock and Jean Tutwiler.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapels & Cremation Service (850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery.
