It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Paul Vargo (Culpeper, Virginia), born in Ayer, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Vargo and Rita Bodah Vargo; his wife Doreen A. Vargo of Culpeper, VA; his daughters, Jeannine Smith (Edwin) and Doreen R. Vargo; his stepchildren, Christina Miller (Stephen), Matthew Malcolm and Michael Malcolm; his grandchildren, Randy Vargo (Staci), Rian Vargo, Olivia Vargo, Ariel McDowell (Preston), Raven Biggs, Emerald Irvin, Brianna Malcolm, Mikaya Malcolm, Landon Malcolm and Wyatt Malcolm; and his siblings, Mary Caron (Sonny), Frannie Raatikainen, Frank Vargo, Nicholas Vargo, John Vargo and Richard Vargo.
