It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Ralph Shifflett of Culpeper, Virginia, born in Charlottesville, Virginia, who passed away on April 6, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Elzie Shifflett; and his siblings, Edward Shifflett, Frank Shifflett and Elizabeth Shifflett. He is survived by: his son Randy Shifflett (Liz); his grandson Justin Shifflett (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Jonah Shifflett and Micah Lacy; and his sisters, Lucille Johnson and Francis Raines.
