We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2023, at the age of 85, Jeremiah Peyton Atkins III of Culpeper, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jeremiah Peyton Atkins, Jr.; his great grandchild Liam Richards; his siblings, Donald "Duck" Atkins, John Sherman and Betty Allman; and his brother-in-law Gary Allman.
He is survived by: his wife Jean "Pat" Cornell Atkins; his children, James Atkins (Susan), Briant Atkins (Leitha) and Kim Atkins; his grandchildren, Ashley Artale (Jamie), Eliza Richards (Phillip) and Madelyn Atkins; his great grandchildren, Jaxon and Payton Artale; his sister Mary Alice "Red" Hoffman (Jack); and his sister-in-law Dottie Atkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
