She was predeceased by: her brother Kelly Elder. She is survived by: her husband Frederick "Rusty" Powell; her children, Danielle Barclay (Bruce), Derick Powell (Jessica) and Joseph Powell; her siblings, Anne Mossholder, Donald Elder, Linda Newman (Steve) and Rick Elder; and her grandchildren, Cohen Barclay, Bailey, Brooks, Beau and Brynn Powell. She is also survived by family members and friends.
