She was predeceased by: her parents, George Raymond Harlow and Annie Wilmetta Harlow; and her spouse Palmer O. Sims Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Tootie Knight. She is also survived by her Four Children, Ten Grandchildren and Five Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Jean Sims memorial contributions can be made to "The Culpeper Residence Council" for the Employee Holiday Fund.
