We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2021, at the age of 55, James P. Oliver Jr. of Culpeper, Virginia, born in Glens Falls, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James P. Oliver, Sr. and Jacqueline "Jackie" Oliver (Murray); his wife Kathleen Oliver (Mulchy); his siblings, Scott Oliver (Lori) of Queensbury and Lee-Ann Stone (Dale); his nieces and nephews, James and Aleea; his stepchildren, Jerry Dalaba of Queensbury and Casey Klem (John); his stepgrandson Benjamin of Billings, MT.; his stepmother Donna Oliver (Burnham); his stepsisters, Kari Zurlo (Paul) of Ausable Forks and Lori Below (Steve) of Saugerties; his brothers-in-law, Pat Mulchy (Maryann) of Amsterdam and Anthony Pileggi of Kellogg, ID.; his grandparents, Robert, Elaine Murray of Hudson Falls, NY., James and Florence Oliver of Hudson Falls, NY.; his siblings-in-law, Timothy Mulchy of Tribes Hill, NY and Nancy Pileggi of Kellogg, ID.; and his pets, Sadie, Sandy and Andre. He was also cherished by Several Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and countless family members.
