He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Holt and Isabelle Holt; his son Rickie Jaye Rutherford; and his grandson Rickie Jaye Rutherford, Jr. (Jim). He is survived by: his wife Dyanne Holt; his siblings, Tim Holt, Sr. (Janice) and Isabel "Bitsy" Terk (Dick); his children, James Holt, Jr. (Cherie), Jennifer Weakley (Jeff), Jessica Dodson (Darrin), Jack Rutherford and Melissa Yancey (Billy); his grandchildren, Amanda Scott (Roger), Brandi Edwards (Jonathon), Charles Williams, Ryan Williams, Courtney Weakley, Alisa Holt, Lena Holt, James Holt, III, Casey Rutherford, Haley Mullins, Garrick Rutherford, Taya Rutherford, Tyler Rutherford, Lauren Rutherford and Joseph Rutherford; and his great grandchildren, Sean, Kiley Leverknight, Mason, Jordyn Dodson, Grace, Faith Scott, Chase Allyn Rutherford, Jackson, Addie Bench, Easton Williams, Susan, Emily Harris, Conner, Everleigh Edwards and Henry Jaye Samuels.
