He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ira V. Hoffman, Sr. and Elizabeth Griffith Hoffman; his wife Daisy Backe Hoffman of Culpeper, VA; his children, David Hoffman (Sarah) of Niceville, FL and Linda Wise (Curtis) of Amissville, VA; his grandchildren, Grace, Thomas Hoffman, Katelyn and Brian Wise; and his caregiver Karly Mauck.
