It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Lee Hackley Jr. of Culpeper, Virginia, who passed away on October 9, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Howard Lee Hackley, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Joan Hackley; and his children, Kevin Neil Hackley, Regina Lynn Armstrong (Carl), Joyce Mosher, William Mosher (Roberta), David Mosher, Vicki Hackley (Rob Torre), Natascia Hackley and Sadaya Hackley. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
