He is survived by: his pets, Daisy, Macy and Mina; his wife Joyce Sites-Baez; his children, Yolanda Catalina Baez-Almeida (Pablo Edwin Almeida) of Montclair, VA, Susana Elizabeth Botts of Alexandria, VA, Hector Ricardo Baez of Richmond, VA, Jessica Marie Denson Baez of California, William Alfredo Baez (Kayla Spring Baez) of Culpeper, VA, Brandon Sites and Mirian Smith of Ecuador; his grandchildren, Tommy Smith, Christian Smith, Adam Baez, Olivia Baez, Eddy Almeida, Elijah Botts, Noah Botts, Mikayla Botts and Caleb Botts; his great grandchild Enzo Baez; his siblings, Olga Rebeca Lopez of Largo, MD, Julia Baez Faulconer of Lorton, VA, Paulina Alberto Baez of Arlington, VA, Jorge Baez of Stafford, VA and Maria Figueroa (Maggie) of Arlington, VA; and his sister-in-law Gloria Baez.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Precious Blood Catholic Church (114 E Edmondson St, Culpeper, VA 22701).
