She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathias F. Elsey and Virginia A. Elsey; and her siblings, Maxine Virginia Elsey (Tom), John Garrett Elsey and Mathias Foreman Elsey.
She is survived by: her husband John R. Testerman; her children, Roxanne Herr (George), Laura Compton (Luther), Wanda Jenkins (Craig) and Henry Frye (Debbie); her grandchildren, Kelly, George, Jr., Daniel and Krista; her great grandchild Colton; and her sister-in-law Carol Elsey.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Elkwood Community Chapel (13740 Kelly's Ford Rd, Elkwood, VA 22718). The inurnment will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Culpeper National Cemetery (501 E Chandler St, Culpeper, VA 22701).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Hazel's name to Elkwood Community Chapel, 13740 Kellys Ford Road, Elkwood, VA 22718.
