He is survived by: his wife Monica Crivaro Shaver; his children, Autumn Lynn Shaver, Kristina Gail Marrs (Cory Ray Marrs, Sr.), Kirby LaRobert Shaver (Skylar Renee Myers), Kelsee LaDane Shaver and Tyler Austin Shaver; his grandchildren, Cory Ray Marrs, Jr., Kirby LaRobert Shaver, Jr., Brayden Marrs, Isaac Marrs, Baby Boy Shaver and Baby Girl Shaver; and his siblings, Frank LaRichard Shaver (Michelle Shumaker), Kissy Tyree Elliott (Michael Elliott), Franklin Delanor Roosevelt Tyree, Jr. (Buck), Kenneth Tyree and Frances Sanchez. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
