She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Turner; and her parents, John Clayburn and Lois Oliver Clayburn of Fentress County. She is survived by: her daughter Kristiana (Rob Sidrow); her siblings, Linda Decker (Dave Jones), Wanda Clayburn (Blake Sansbury) and John Clayburn (Terri Sendelbach Clayburn); her sons, Shawn and Ricky (Nikkie Krebs); and her grandchildren, Andrew Krebs, Caleb Krebs, Zoey Carr and Alton Carr.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that a donation be made to either the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney Foundation.
