Gladys Maxine Woodson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2023, at the age of 93, Gladys Maxine Woodson of Culpeper, Virginia, born in Rapidan, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Henry Hensley and Clara Belle Hensley; her husband Newton R. Brown; the fathers of children, Y. Z. "Sam" Griggs and Robert E. Woodson; her son Larry R. Brown; and her siblings, Mack "Buck" Hensley, Jean Altland and Tony Hensley.

She is survived by: her children, Debra Farnam (Billy) and Dennis Brown; her grandchildren, Jennifer Bywaters, Andrew Farnam (Hilary) and Robert "Rob" Farnam (Kristina); her great grandchildren, Lakota Farnam, Brianna Bywaters, Weston Farnam and Owen Farnam; and her brothers, Evans Hensley (Patsy) and Kenny "Butch" Hensley (Debbie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
