He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Colevas (Bryant); his parents, Paras Speros Colevas and Nellie Louise Rolka (Howes); his stepfather Stanley Rolka; his brother James Curtis Rolka; his great grandchild Dillan Ridgway; and his son-in-law John Colley.
