Frances Thornton Miller Tolbert Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Thornton Miller Tolbert (Culpeper, Virginia), who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Olive "Dolly" Thornton Miller and Silas Darius "Si" Miller. She is survived by: her daughters, Margaret Ross Tolbert and Jane Tolbert-Rouchaleau; her grandchildren, Alexis Rouchaleau (Janet Becker-Rouchaleau) and Sandra Rouchaleau (Ben Grosset-Janin); her great grandchildren, Axel and Jett Rouchaleau; and her pet Bijou. She is also survived by neighbors and friends.

Frances died in January 2023 after she elected for emergency surgery and contracted COVID in the ICU..
