In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Ellen Teresa leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Ellen Teresa may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund J. Brown and Mary Flynn Brown; and her sister Patricia Brown Magsamen. She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Clark Foster; her children, Brian Daniel Foster (Melissa Sefton Foster) and Abigail Foster Baet (Uriah Olarte Baet); her grandchildren, Jacob Daniel and Lily Ann Foster; and her siblings, Edmund J. Brown (Rhonda) and Mary Beth Howath (Robert "Bob"). She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper (850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to local charities that nurture youth through performing and fine arts programs, honoring Ellen's lifelong passion for encouraging children to follow their dreams and share their talents.
